(ISC)² released their Cybersecurity Workforce Study last week. They estimate the global cybersecurity workforce to be 4.7 million people, with a gap of 3.4 million. That's a huge gap. The report draws from surveying nearly 12,o00 professionals and contains a great deal of information about working conditions, perception, diversity, mental stress and more. Totaling 86 pages, it's a good resource to page-through whether you're a practitioner, manager or seeking talent in the industry.

🧘 Hiring 83 Roles. Security Operations and Systems and Network Security were the two most popular categories of the week for the second time in a row.

📌 In 65 Locations. We continue to see jobs posted in specific locations, though many operate hybrid or full remote.
